Lost Orders

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will review and depending on the case, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

Return Policy

Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:

+ The printed image is not clear.

+ Package received wrongly against the order.

+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…

+ The order is not in the right size, color, or style compared to the order.

+ Other mistakes caused by us…

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email contact@ogogear.com or website with pictures of errors and your order number. We will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds Policy

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer support team submitting a ticket to our system, here Contact us. You can also reach our customer support by emailing us at contact@ogogear.com. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

1. We will resend/refund your order in those case below:

  • Damaged items.
  • The product received is not the same as on the website/store.
  • The product received is not what you ordered.
  • Poor print quality.
  • Wrong color.
  • Wrong Size.
  • Wrong Custom Content.

2. Process

Please submit your request for a refund/ exchange within 10 days after you received your product.

To return/ refund your product, please follow these 3 steps:

  • Take a picture of the products you received
    Images must be taken on a flat surface (Front and back).
    Images must be taken with measuring devices to prove that we have sent them the wrong size.
    Images of the tag of the shirt.
  • Clear representation of the damage or defect.
  • Provide us your order ID and your situation so we can support you faster

3. We can’t accept your requirement if:

In some cases, we can not accept your refund required:

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily.

Because our products are custom made. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately, it can not be used for any purpose, so we don’t accept a returned product. It will take a lot of time to wait and it takes more fee to preserve the item, meanwhile, the item can’t be sold for anyone else.

We still solve the problem for you as we promised. Please keep the package and the shipping label safe and clear in your house until we finish the case. Do not return the items because it will make the case harder to solve.

  • If you don’t like the resend solution, we will refund your money. The money will be refunded at the end of the month. Please be relaxed and patient!
  • If you choose the resend solution, we will resend your package for free. Ogogear will pay for all the fees. Please stay chill and wait for your next order because it will be delivered very fast!

NOTE: We will not take any responsibility for the size if we made it as your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order, we will follow the above policy.

At Christmas & New Year Season please make sure to choose the right shipping option.

We do not refund if you choose standard shipping for Christmas or holiday.
