[vc_column_text]Our products are custom made. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately, it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not as our customers actually want. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases.

You can cancel/change your order within 48 hours of placing your order for any reason. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/change your order any more. 

I hope you can understand. This case has been made to get your questions asked quicker!

TO MAKE IT EASY, PLEASE CONSIDER THE TIMELINE BELOW: 

Since your order is placed The fee charged for cancel/change of order
0-48 hours – Change size/variant/items/customization: Free

– Change address: Free 

– Cancel the order because you made several orders and they have the same items: Free

–  You changed your mind and you want to cancel: $10/ items.
>48 hours – Cancel for any reasons: $10/ item. 

– Change size/variant/items/ customization: Free but only accepted before the item is shipped out.

– Change shipping address: free and just accepted before the item is shipped out and only accepted for some products. We will contact our post office if necessary
